Chicago's Digital Utility Sonia Jourdain gets a sustainability shoutout because she has been bringing her own utensils and bento box to set for years.

Sustainability habits at work begin at home by packing up lunchtime essentials and forming the habit of bringing them with you and washing them as needed.

If you think about it, for a four month job, Sonia is diverting at least 80 plastic forks and 80 plastic clamshell containers from landfills.
