How to Reset Your Password

If you are currently logged in:

  1. Click this link or navigate to your Member Portal click "Settings" in the left sidebar followed by "Manage Login." 
  2. Enter your current password in the "Current Password" field.
  3. Enter your new password in the "Password" field.
  4. Enter your new password a second time in the "Confirm password" field.
  5. Click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.

If you are not logged in:

  1. Click this password reset link.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click "Send password reset email."
  4. Check your email (and your spam) for the password reset email.  The subject will start with "Replacement login information."
  5. Follow the instructions in the email to complete the password reset process.
Minimum Password Requirements

The minimum password security requirements are as follows:

  1. 12 character minimum.
  2. Password must contain at least 1 special character.
  3. Password must contain at least 1 numeric character.
  4. Password must contain at least 1 lowercase character.
  5. Password must contain at least 1 uppercase character.
Getting an Error Page when Resetting Your Password

If you are getting an error while attempting to reset your password, please email Web Support for assistance.

Login Attempt Limits

For security reasons, the website will lock out users who have 5 failed login attempts in a 5 minute period. If this happens to you, please contact Web Support for assistance.

Registering for a New Account
  1. Follow this link to the Member Registration Page or click Member Login at the top of any page.
  2. Click the Member Registration link below the login form.
  3. Compelte the registration form and click Register My Account.
  4. Once your account is created, you'll see a confirmation message:
    "Your account has been created. You can now log in with the email address and password you provided."
  5. Log in to your Member Portal using the email address and the password you just created. 

Important Notes:

  • Your Member ID can be found in the email instructing you to activate your new account or on your billing statement. If you are unable to locate it, contact Web Support at websupport@icg600.com.
  • The last 4 digits of your SSN are solely used for member verification purposes and will not be stored anywhere on the website.
  • You will set a new password during registration. You can use your previous password if it meets the site's security requirements, or you can choose a new one.
