UPDATED: CDC COVID-19 Guidelines (Oct. 21)

Close Contact: Someone who was within 6 feet of an infected person for a cumulative total of 15 minutes or more over a 24-hour period* starting from 2 days before illness onset (or, for asymptomatic patients, 2 days prior to test specimen collection) until the time the patient is isolated.

Industry-Wide Safety Protocols for Returning to Work (9/21/2020)

The IATSE, DGA, SAG-AFTRA, Teamsters, Laborers and Assorted Crafts have reached an agreement with the AMPTP on Industry-Wide Safety Protocols for a return to work in the era of COVID-19. For the first time ever, the unions and guilds bargained together, and these protocols and the agreement reflect the priorities and input of all the organizations and their members.

creATL Relief Fund (6/30/2020)
Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms announced applications are now open for the creATL Relief Fund to support Atlanta’s independent creative workers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. Eligible applicants may receive $1,000 each to support essential financial obligations such as food, housing, utilities, medical expenses, and transportation costs affected by project cancellations and other pandemic-related disruptions.

The Atlanta Community Food Bank has launched their new “Text for Help" SMS platform to assist those who need access to food during the current crisis of the COVID-19 coronavirus.
